Last night, I dreamed that I was a black woman. I was giving an address to the House of Representatives on racism in the US. This honky Representative kept interrupting to argue about details. He kept saying that he had studied the ‘history of racism’ in this country. Apparently once white dudes are made aware of social problems, they’re no longer an issue. How frustrating.
